3-5-2 due to the constant domination in midfield which gives you more chances. Also use attacking,short passing,man to man and ofsf side trap
No proplem
They do tend to injure your vital players but i just get on with it. It makes the game more fun and mysterious. But no way am I buying anything in this game WATCH THEM ADDS
I use 3-5-2 because it dominates possession giving you better chances especially since he has 3 at the front.
go to squad on phone then scroll down on the fist 11 green pitch screen. On the bottom right corner there is an arrow click on that.

Its like upgrading one facility to be able to upgrade other facilities that boost your game
Its a weird formation thrash it with 3 at the front 4 in the middle and 3 at the back
