Nothing in football, is a sure thing. Always that odd chance of an upset.

So many different variables however.

I stay with the same formation, keep my team condition good, team morale in ship shape and a nice bit of squad rotation. Works in my favour most of the time. Few 9-0's, 5-0's and things like that.

My team average age is 21.6 years old. Most of my experience is at the back. Young goalkeeper who seems to be performing exceedingly well for a 2 star lol.

I usually just stick with quite a balanced/simple formation 4-4-2 or 4-3-2-1.

Seems to do me quite well.

Isn't that technically a 4-1-2-2-1? Or a 4-5-1 depending on which way you look at it?

I'm not too sure what you're asking about. Are you wanting advice to use that formation, or are you wanting advice to play against that formation. Need to be more clear.

To be honest, I've known a few big shockers in real life.

However I know it can be frustrating when it's a game you expect to win. I've noticed this once or twice too.

It's all based on the current quality, and the future potential ability of the player.

I have a 5 star midfielder. Best quality midfielder I have, and he is probably the worst performing midfielder in my team. Seems bizarre, but he's constantly on the bench. Keep trying him out, but...

I like the idea of betting on other teams. Gives more reason to watch other teams games.

Well for a start, one of your strikers is a one star. Unlikely to be clinical. Agreed you do have another four star striker, but doesn't have any traits.

Depends on morale, condition, performance...

I usually do well with a 4-3-2-1 against 4-3-3 (depends if it's narrow or wide tbh).

I'm pretty sure you can't on Iphone. I play on both, Iphone and Laptop. I've noticed this too. Kind of needs looking at to be fair.
