What is the difference between the old and new transfer market? I don't think I've been around long enough to have experienced the old version.

You can't buy-from or sell-to people of different levels.

You have to buy scouts and when they age you've to buy new scouts.

On the new transfer market you can't buy or sell to teams on different levels? I must still have the old transfer marker system in that case.
