Counter 4-1-1-1-3

Hi there

I could some advice from you guys.

I am in the cup semi finals aganst this guy who is playing this strange 4-1-1-1-3 formation:


Other players have been trying different formations like:
3n-1-3n-2(aml/amr)-2 got dominated on possession and chances
3n-1-4-2 equal possession but dominated on chances
3n-5-2 seemed a bit stronger but still only got a draw
4-4-2 classic also looked decent but again it still only got a draw
4-2mc-1-3 about equal
3-5-2 v-style looked slightly ahead in pos and chances but the player still only got a draw

What counter-formation would you recommend?
