So,what formation should I use, currently I have only wins with 4-5-1 V style...can I use that against him?

Natural counter to 3-5-2 V = can be either 4-2-2-2 Hexagon or 4-3MC-2W-1
Natural counter to 3-1-4-2 = normally 4-5-1 V

So looking at this, you could be okay going into the game with the 4-5-1 V. But looking at your team, there isn't a lot of options, could be a good chance that you will end up with a draw... But you never know you might get the win.

try 4-4-2 flat, attack down both flanks, red arrows on mr, ml, and strikers, whole pitch, long pass, force counter attack. good luck .

Ok, I was so ****ing pissed: He changed formation to 3-1-4-2 which was good cuz my formation 4-5-1 v style i counter formation for that, but I was winning 1:0 until 82nd minute when he scored for 1:1 and in the 89th for 1:2 ..i was so pissed ..I lost 1st place in my league because now he has no loose yet and has 9 points above me Here are the pictures of the match:
