Playing in my second season and going up against a 3rd season team.

He has 27 rating DR 31 rating DC and rest of his players are either 24/25. My players are also all 24/25 apart from my DC who is 28.

I tend to play 4132. Any suggestion what formation to play against him and if I play 4132 is what instructions I can use to beat him?
