Hi community!

I'm trying to beat this formation, but it's new to me so I hope I can find anybody around here that has face this kind of formation before.

2-3-2-1-2

......ST....ST.......
........AMC..........
......MC...MC.......
DML...DMC....DMR
.....DC......DC......

Average: 21.7 against mine 26.9

I can fill any position.
So far my ideas were 4-4-2 classic (red arrows on ML/MR, short pass, attacking, flanks, no offside/counterattacks, normal tackling.

Also 3-1-4-2 (Blue Arrow on DMC, Red Arrows on ML/MR, mixed pass, attacking, flanks, no offside/counterattacks, normal tackling)

And the one I'm using right now its 4-5-1V, (Red arrows on AML/AMR, Blue arrow on DMC, flanks, mixed pass, attacking, no offiside/counterattacks OR normal mentality and counterattacks)

Any tips/advices?
