3-5-2 - help needed!

I usually play with Vstyle or 4-3N-AMC&AMR-1, but I'm afraid it won't be good fot this guy and his team is a bit (0,3) better.

What to do, what do you recomend?

I play 3N-5-2.
Try 4-3N-AML-AMR-ST, 4-4-2.

If u don't have AML,AMR(1 works MR,ML, NOT both of them).
