How to beat 3N - 3W - 2AML/AMR - 2

Hi guys,

I will play against this formation tonight for my final match in cup but I don't know how to play his weird formation.

MR----MC----ML
AMR--------AML
----ST--ST----


I used to play in 4-5-1V and 4-1-2-1-2ND but I think these two formations are useless against this.

He won against flat 4-4-2 in semi-final so I was thinking to use 5-3N-2 or 3N-2DML/DMR-3N-2, what do you think ?
