How to beat 3W-4-3?

I have lost a champions league match against lower rated team in first leg match.
I play against 3W-4(ml,mc,mc,mr)-3(st). I have high rated team and players, all have special abilities.my team is 40.04 and his team 32.5..:
I start with 4-3mc-2w-1 and he scored 3 and I have changed my formation to 4-. I lost 4-2mc-2amc-2st and I scored 2 goals
but later he scored 1 more goal so I lost 4-2 . I need help.

I would attempt to use a narrow diamond 4-1-2-1-2, attacking mentality, through the middle. You could also try a wide diamond 4-1-2-1-2 to protect your wings better while still putting pressure on his single DC
