Help against 5-1-4 no amc amr aml or strikers????

This team played 5-1-4 against me,an illegal formation no amc amr aml or strikers,so only 20% possession but still won 3-1,they had a slightly better team but not by much.I played 4-4-2 first half losing 2-0,changed to 4-1-2-1-2 2nd half 1-1,is there a formation anybody knows of to beat this ????

try 3-1-4-2 attack the flanks, own half pressing, hard tackling.

also you can use force counter attacks, which will allow you to open up some space in his defense
