Tokens - How to buy, if I don't have credit card?

I'm looking for a secure solution, how to buy tokens.
I have only VISA card (not credit, normal use in ATM).
How can I buy some tokens?
I've found some websites, where are some tokens offers, but I'm not sure about security?

Is there anyone, who have any good idea for that problem?

Or you can pay from your phone app. But it is best not to buy from other websites with good offers, they may not be safe

I would like to buy tokens directly from game, but everytime, when I try to do that, aplication need "credit card number" which I haven't.
Instead of that, I'm trying to fill the gaps with my VISA card. Unfortunatelly, it returns an error.
I don't remember the message, but it is still the same one.

P.S. I have Android version game.

When I try to add personal info to Google (payment method), it returns that error:

"[RPC:S-5:AEC-0]"

I've found some solution, but it was for problems with"google play".
I'm affraid, that if I delete the google account, top eleven will crush.
