Youth academy

Hey,
i read some posts talking about a youth academy. i'm new to the game and i've looked everywhere but no sign of the academy. is it something I need to buy? is it something I will get somewhere in the future as I progress the game? I've also read that it is possible to upgrade it, therefore i presume it something I should have an access to.
please advise.

youth academy is from the Stadium facilities and if you upgrade or construct your stadium, you will find tap on the upgrade window that will make to construct a youth academy ... when you upgrade it, it will generate 2 youth players every 12 days if you upgrade it to the maximum level .
