Would love advice on beating 3w-3n-1-3

My opponent plays a 3 (wide) - 3 (MC, MC, MC) - 1 (AMC) - 3 (St).

His AMC and strikers are really strong, but he's just average in MC and weak in defense (in terms of both quantity and quality of defenders).

Any wise advice to counter this with lineup and orders? Thanks!!

3DC + 1DMC with blue arrows to confront his attackers.
Defense with counters it's the orders.
In attack, wherever you have good q and form players. ML+MR, AML+AMR+AMC ?
