Budding for other players ???

I've just noticed that you can now offer money and tokens for other teams players

Question i have is does that player, if they accept your offer get all of the tokens and the money ?? I tried to see if i could bid for a player in the league above i wasn't able to do so, why not if you have enough money and tokens ??

Because game will become to unblanaced you will have 10 stars players at level 1 and you will beat level 3,4 which really don't make sense.

I think other managers will just bid on whoever they please.

I'd like to know the same as Paul. Say I offer 50m, 5 tokens, and the bid button says 10 tokens, and it tells me I'll get 10 tokens back if not accepted, what do I get if he accepts and if he rejects, and what does he get in both cases? I'd like to cover all the bases here.

EDIT: I've just seen the negotiations tab on transfers, I don't know how to list my players either.
