Advice against 3W-1-2-2-2

Good Morning Guys,

I have always struggled against teams that play

dl - dc - dr
dmc
mc mc
amr aml
st st

I have always had trouble against this formation, i have tried various different counter formations but nothing yet has jumped out at me as being successful against it.

Any help would be great.

I really don't get this game.

My league game today, my opponent played 3-1-4-2, so after looking at the counter chart i choose to play 4-5-1 V style.

My team being 99% and my opponent 85%, I watched the game as best i could being at work but i was trounced 5-2.

I haven't conceded 5 goals for more than i can remember.

I have a lot of new players in my team and in the report it said my team had no team spirit, but yet the morale was superb for every player.

Is having a lot of new players a factor in this game, do they have to play together to obtain team spirit???

yes, it can affect
play some friendly games, also try to find best positions
* if you have 2 DR-DC try to find the best position for them , DC or DR ?
