curse of 442 formation

Hello managers, in almost 11 seasons I won only once vs a 442 formation (not friendly game, and I had 4 points in plus). I tried also to use the same formation but the best result was a draw. I tried almost all recommended formations (4141 , 451V, 451 flat, 3412) and all types of orders but without success. I guess is something wrong when I play vs that 442, maybe is a bug in top eleven software ), ... anyhow any idea how to approach the future games? thanks!

Use 4-3w-1amc-2.

Orders: attacking, down the middle, mixed/short passing, force counters, zonal marking, high pressing, no offside traps.

I never ever lost to 4-4-2 with 4-5-1V. I'll play another one in an hour and I can bet you I am going to win. That's very strange if you lose all the time. My second team is automatically set to 4-4-2 and always loses to 4-5-1V !!

same as gizzmo 451v is the most effective against 442.

Maybe this has to do with your team settings. 4-5-1V is a hell of a good tactic but you need very good AML/AMR and play for them (flanks). I have a game record like 45-2-0 against 4-4-2 so I am pretty much confident that you can beat it. I never play attacking with 4-5-1V unless I am 2 goals down.
