3N-4-1-2 vs. 4-3W-3...Who Will Win???

Good evening from Malaysia!

Tomorrow I will be hosted a 4-3-3 wide at home in our first league match. Our team virtually have same strenghts...my team rating 35.9 % and him 34.2%....Should I still use 3-4-1-2 or better choose other counter formation? And what orders to give to the team?

What your opponents formation ? Go for normal mentality first then look for the score

Mine 3n-4-1-2 and him 4-3w-3...Yup I think to play safe with normal

Ι don't think 3 defenders are enough
DML-3DC-DMR looks good but if you don't have DML-DMR you can go with 4-5-1V or
5 defenders (yes, it's not a shame ), 2MC and whatever best for your attack
Later you can switch a DC to DMC position

I got all lines of players but among the wide players, my ML and MR much stronger then DMs and AMs...Okay, if I choose to play DM, either 3-2-3n-2 or butterfly is the best you think? About 4-5-1 V Im a little bit confusing...always not good in friendly matches...

Play 3142 your with outside on , normal go mid
If play 451v play for zonal , and def go both flank , if u lose the ball first change to man to man ,blue on all def

Draw 1-1...very sad, I got possession 60%...Total shots was 11-12, shot on target 4-2, % pass completd 87-84...

Used 3n-1-4-2, normal, mixed, mixed, ca on, low, normal, zonal, ot off. Second half I tweak to middle focus, short and otffside on. Anyway, thanks all...
