Creating association to achieve Platinum

Hi, I want to create an association that can get to platinum and stay there. I am currently in a platinum association but it's not strong enough to stay in Pl. continuously. I'm lvl 29, usually 120% by the end of each season. I'm looking for committed managers who can fight for all 3 tournaments every season. Being a top 3 of your league is a must and you must also be +100% at the start of every season (before league starts).

The 100T platinum division rewards can make a difference if one can stay in the division for several straight seasons.
