Assistant manager

I wonder if more use could be made of the assistant manager in the game by being able to buy a better one who gives better training and I and then better advice when in in game play. At present some off the advice given is silly and not relevant to what is happening on the pitch. Just a thought I hope you like the idea.

Sometimes the assistant manager gives very helpful advice. Most times I just laugh with his advice. I only listen to him for the passes or the offside trap.
