Association match timing display - affected by daylight savings time change

The match time indicated during swapping phase is incorrect. Has not been adjusted for the change in time for daylight savings.
At least not for those in asia

I know it isn't a big issue but this hasn't been fixed. We are still seeing the wrong first match timing during swapping phase.
