Special sponsor 'New role' reward glitched

I claimed new role 'AMC' for one of my player shown in screenshot below from special sponsor rewards but suddenly the game crashed.
When I logged in again, the player that I gave the role started manually role training like that in screenshot and the special sponsor reward'New role' is still there.
Now that player started manually role training, I cant give that reward to that player unless I use my rest boosters.
Already contacted support in-game but no reply yet and today is the last day of the season.
