Add some new commentary

Please because the games are starting to be boring.. Not every yellow card foul should be a free kick in a dangerous position, not every mistake should result in a counter-attack that leads to a goal sometimes. I can't imagine it's too difficult to make some changes to that.

But the server will be flooded with lots of unneeded stuffs. Commentaries are only for describing the outcome of the NGE...

The server is already loaded with player details, league standings, match results and much more metadatas. Commentaries only gave some realisticness to the game, and the most important thing in the match is the match poscession...
