Offer players to friends of lower level

Ok, I am level 8, and have players that I had in the 1st seaso. These players can be used by my friends of level 3, and will be very good players for theyr teams, but, I don't have any posibility to "ask" if one of my friends of top eleven, (not of facebook) want this player, I can not "offer" the player for a friend.
Will be good to have this option, is the same that, when a guy that u don't know, does an offer for your better player... and u reject it... "
Just do a negotiation but with a friend, no with everybody. That's what I want. And don't waste my time writting to this people offering players.... (-.-) can be more easy no?
