Auto Sub suggestion

I wish there is a specified auto sub option, where I can choose who replaces whom or by position. MCs replaces MCs and so on, MR <> MR, AMR<> AMR..

Does anyone have a say in this matter?

Thats a great idea. I was writin to support about same issue.
Hope its gonna make that possible.
