Bottom 2 or atleast bottom 1 should go down a division it would weed out the players who dont play anymore or atleast get rid of the rubbish in our higher leagues.

Totally agree but bottom 4 for me to level 5, then bottom 3 to level 10 then bottom two to for all levels above that.

Agreed. This would make the game even more realistic. But I think just 1 - 2 bottom teams should be relegated cause even English Premier League which has 20 teams bottom team would be relegated. Top Eleven league only has only 14 teams in a league.

This is a nice idea, but it won't help that much, because inactive players would just end up in another league with other players, so it doesn't matter that much if they go a level below. Also their team eventually gets deleted after a few seasons. The best solution would be to detect those players as soon as possible and just remove them from the league and replace them with another team, that way they won't "harm" any league at any level.

Yes and also with relegation, it will be much harder to make leagues at top levels, because you will have less teams.
