Wouldn't it be nice to have a negotiation system which covered loan transfers? So you can fill a gap for a couple of games when one of your players are injured or just playing like crap.

I guess the big downside, as with all negotiations are that most people never bother responding ... or that could be a lower level thing /shrug.
