Individual player orders

To take this game to another level, one major control option is missing. In more advanced management games you can give specific orders to each player individually. Here all we have, say for tackling, is to give the whole team one of 3 options. A bit poor that. Maybe you'd like to have your defenders tackle hard, but your strikers to tackle easy? This could be further advanced with the ability to instruct certain players to move forward when countering, and back when on the defence. ALl we have here is forward back or neutral for the whole game.

Yes good idea to have individual options for players... But ill not be holding my breath waiting for it to happen:D
