Automatic proggramed training!

Well, we can program a friendly match, at one hour, maybe in 4 hours...
so, it's suposed, that we are managers no? we have a team, "we are the boss, and coach"... and every important team, have a 2nd coach..and one for the GK.... and more no?
So why, don't proggram the trainings that we need during the day, like we do with the (sometimes no useful) friendlies..¿? ...at now we have to be in the game hours just to click and do the training... and (it's suposed..) that we have to be all the day in this game because if somebody puts a stupid friendly match that we don't want, to cancel it....

So why "simply" we have the option to proggram "all" the trainings of the day, all trainings we need to do, at same moment???? one time on the day..... ¿?
and, whyyyy friendlies are not simply a invitation to accept, if we wanna play it?
this is the 2nd question, but the 1st is the important at now.


I think it's a little bit crazy that developers wanna have all the players like addicted people, here, on the game, all the day. to put a friendly, ok. to cancel a friendly... nooooo, be here folk, be here all the day because if u are not here you can not cancel friendly... if you are not here training during all 1 or 2 hours this game is not for you...... (-_-)''''''' start to be tired of this.


GUYS, there are lot's of kids, that like's this game, yeah, great game, but have more things to do during the day, so, why don't do all this more E A S Y ?

..and real.. cos is real to have a 2nd coach training the team at 3:00 of the night. nope???
