It's not all players who have quality ending in 4 or 9, they have to be a single skill point away from going to the next star level. They're definitely automatically listed.

But my point is even if they are automatically listed, I as their Manager should be able to set the selling price even before the interested bid come in. In this way, it should increase transactions.
