Time of matches

Well this is so annoying how matches can begin in any moment. Like 19.04, why isnt just like last season where matches can begin on _ _ : 00, _ _ : 15, _ _ : 30 and _ _ : 45.

There are many threads about this already, mainly I think it reduces strain on the T11 servers, because with the old format, the system would simulate a lot of games at just a few set times per hour. I think it should be rounded off to the nearest 5 minutes, :00, :05, :10, etc.
