If you have only easy games... u don't deserve to win the manager of the season unless you score a LOT. If not it wont be FAIR. Think that goals should count as well to balance it, so winning a weaker team 10-0, can be same as winning a stronger team 1-0 (i will let nordeus developers to create the formula).
Yes I agree with you but it will be unfair for them becaue they didn't got this chance
