Actually, yes, you can say that tactics are bad. If he's winning 1-0 against a much weaker team, something is wrong with the tactics there. Tactics are pretty limited on here, but if you have Ronaldo on the left, yes you will play through him as much as possible. If you have a goalscoring midfielder like Lampard, you'll want red arrows on him to get forward as much as possible while someone like Carrick gets no arrows and someone like Busquets will have blue arrows.
