I have kept records of my matches since my season 2. (I only joined season 1 with 6 days to go). I've got ALL my results, scorers, ratings, bookings and injuries. I have a pad ready when each match starts, with the team written down, and I edit it as the match is played.

I also have a spread sheet for the league. I log every result by every team during the season.
