Tokens
Yes, Nordeus needs to make money but I think some free tokens awarded for specific achievements would be welcomed.
A token for
1. Player scoring a hat-trick
2. Clean sheet (or consecutive clean sheets)

Transfers
1. Allow one time loans between friends (not in the same league)

Matches
1. HT player ratings. At least we know which players are not performing.
2. Allow specific man-marking
3. Allow option for free role player (helps if you have a CR-like player)
