Is it possible to create servers for each 4 hours time zone? I.e. 1 server or more to cover the area between West Europe and Middle East. Same for Asia and the Americas.
Currently I have one manager from Japan in my league I am located in Egypt; if the game starts at 7 PM my local time it will be 2 AM for him.
If U use designated/dedicated server for each time zone this will probably eliminate this problem.
So would allowing a manager to pick a window of time that is their preference for home time. :D Some of us keep hours that match other parts of the world.
I wish that managers could be able to attend their home matches, or least most of them.

yeap, and will be good to select the server depending of our lifestyle.
I did a suggestion about this problem, that was simply give us the opportunity to adapt the calendar for free 1 time per match, but my suggestion don't end with the problem between players that are in Spain-Japan, and in your case is posible to have good schedules for the 2 players.

If we're on same server/same area we need more green booster I think, because our team couldn't rest enough.

use time zones as the regions.... i.e .. German Managers play German managers..English play English etc etc
