Players on Loan

i was thinking that on transfers there might be another section named 'LOAN' where we can instantly sign players with 2T from other managers (like negotiations), where 1T is spent for the players and 1T is sent to the manager for the full season but the players cant gain SP and they will be returned to main team in the end of the season..
and in main time the player may recieve negotiations offer that can be accepted by the main team and if the agreement is reached the player terminate the loan and can be a player of the team that wanted him throug negotiations ..
its a bit complicated but it will be fun as the new TM is not that good to have good players ..
