Creation of "Loyalty" ...->THAT'S FOR THE NORDEUS WEEKLY REUNION<-

Well as we know sometimes we talk about the academy and the T24 youngers.
As we know too, we sometimes talk about a not real factor in this game, and is that players are retired between 31-34 years old, so, my suggestion is to create a new sign, like positions sign but, for T24 players of the academy.
This sign, will be called "Loyalty sign", and will be, something like a Special Ability but for Academy players.
The differance between a player with this "factor" and another without, is that,
this player will be retired at the age of 37 to 40.
Maybe the idea of the "loyalty" is that only, if the player is in our club all his career, he will be retired between 37-40 years.
Only academy 24T players have to have this SA, or Special Condition.
