Level up suggestion

I must agree with the method that makes things harder when you level up, but it becomes ridiculously exagerated because after two seasons leveling up, your team turns crap and useless, despite their young ages and talent. THE SOLUTION: Some of them (maybe just the "rockstars") should be able to follow the rhythm, after all, they are professionals.

Maybe to stop that problem there must be a point that you can't level up anymore, before the actual stop line (which I don't know what it is btw), as you can now worry about making world star players.
