Please add chat box for chat with friends like fb.It's difficult (impossible) to say something to a friend when they aren't add with u on fb.How we call them friend when they didn't hear u.

yes... or can send mp message to other players(friends or no) with a report button. If is ofensive mp u can report to moderators(support).
