When I watch a game and one of my player gets injured, it would be great to have the possibility to select a substitute immediately. The time that is lost while i manage the exchange is too much.

Do you mean like pause the game? Because that would not work if the other manager is watching. It would slow down too many games, and if someone walked away for a bit from their computer the game could be paused for awhile
