My suggestion is .... You should be able to send messages to your friends vie both on your phone app or on your computer/ laptop.

Also make it available to see Negotiations on your phone app.

I like this idea. I have some friends who have been in the same League with me 2 Seasons in a row. Everytime I play them, I'd like to wish them good luck or something. Y'know, it's the little things that matter.
