Further improvement of friendly games

It was great improvement to keep invited team free of injuries and fatigue. But I think it can be further improved by letting the team manager decide. I.e. if I see an invitation to friendly game in 5 minutes, I should be able to decide whether I want to play it safe like now, or I can take the challenge and play it like before, i.e. with all the effects on players' health and morale, but also on their experience. I think this would make it much more fun.

Perhaps this would require an increase in time from the current 5 minutes to larger amount of time, to give me time to prepare if I decide to take the challenge.
