Please add last login view. Because many times i dont know, if i play with abandoned account or active.

Usually players out of position, lots of old players, and a large bank are clues. Also if they have no trophies last season..
Sometimes all of those will be true on an active team, but not often.

I know that. But in my league i have one player, who is on secod place (i'm first =) ), have good formation, but he have poor players and lot money for buying better players. And he's not watching any game. I'm curious, if is active or not. =)

Some managers I call semi-active or autopilot. They log in every few days or so, maybe attend a match if it happens to be on at that time, and buy players maybe once a season. If they have decent subs set up they can do fairly well, but with so little attention and training, they usually drop in the table the second half.

Bank account is a good indicator I think. If a team has more cash than his whole team value is worth, chances are he didn´t ran out of tokens but just doesn´t play. Also think about transfer market limits. If a team has a level 37 player without special abilities in season 4 he most likely must have logged in at least once in season 4.
In your case, if he has lots of money but a poor team he´s most likely inactive. If you´re really curious about it, screenshot his formation and see if he ever changes it.
