I think it will be nice if you could type in other managers name in order to make them your friend. This will be easier than just finding them in your market.

Nea,isnt a good idea...If i have 100 managers friends it wont be easy to remember all their name...Its really nice that you can see your friends by their level,if it wont be like this,everything would be messed up....Quote:

If they are your FB friend, and play, it is automatic, they are your T11 friend. You could just type their name in FB and do it that way.
To do that for in game friends like you want sounds rather difficult, though I am no programmer, I think the Teams are not linked to a person's name but their device or Facebook log in (joecrazysmith@mail.com, etc.)
