What is the point???

Yeah its great getting managerial achievements like,"top dog" 150 wins in your career,or the illustrious "Triple crown" do the treble.But what actual reward do us managers get for this glory? certainly not any extra tokens to strengthen our teams and certainly not any monetary funding for future squad or ground improvements.SO whats the point? These achievements even level up so you can aim to do them more than once,but what is the point when we are never rewarded for such achievements? For example when playing games on xbox unlocking game achievements leads to a reward of gamer points.
Know what I'm getting at?
