Probably there will be, because Windows 10 will suport the apps for Windows Phone. All users with Windows or WindowsPhone will be able to run the app.
I hope so, because I need to watch my match if I want to win :(
I doubt that there will be any, already waiting a year for such an app :(
Windows mobile 10 will be officially released after few days.
Hope to see Top eleven coming with it :)
