Every manager must be free to set the prices of the players he wants to sell.
If (specially in high levels) he can sell one player, must have the option to low the price below the limit so can have the possibility to sell him instead to sack him.
Also someone must have the option to sell his player over the value of the player.

If people agree, there can be some rules, for example
If someone cannot sell a player at least in three auctions, then can set the price below the permitted level.
If someone wants, can set up to the double, the price of his player. If no one buys him, then the limit is setting lower step by step.
