New foroum section

I think that now with the new update, there must be a new section in the forum about that and the mods/adm/devs must start some threads about the new features, like

section Top eleven 2015

threads
Graphics
new buttons
Training
adding sp
adding sa or extra position
transfer market
scout list
... and so

because every now and then, a new (or old) member of the forum is starting a new post with questions or comments.
Also the (only) post about the update, becoming more chaotic for someone to read or to get info from that.

This will also help if there are be new updates in T11 2015 or it will pass in pc version.
