Auto limit for player quality

As we all know the quality limit the game is based around is like the weight class of boxers. In boxing overweight for a pound you are worthless, in this game a player who overshoot the quality limit and gain a star became unworthy targets in the transfer market.


So here is the solution: automatically cap the players to one skillpoint below the next star. Auto skill point is fine if it will stop at that limit and leave the sp unused.
That is, all players will not advance to the next star unless the manager says OK and confirm it.

This will fix almost all if not all issues about auto skill assignment.


It's like a boxer keeping diet to maintain his weight, which is only logical in the competitive world...
